Human Resources Manager (Temp-to-Hire) – Websterville, VT

You’ll partner with leaders to build positive employee relations, drive engagement, and foster a collaborative workplace. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of HR experience, including manufacturing and labor relations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to connect with employees at all levels
• Willingness to work onsite in Websterville, VT for 6+ months (4 days/week)
• Flexible for future relocation
