Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 per year

- Leading the Human Resources function and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company guidelines.
- Managing employee relations, talent engagement, compensation, and benefits analyses.
- Counseling management teams on compensation strategies and organizational structure.
- Overseeing personnel changes, performance review processes, and performance calibration.
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Administering HR policies, practices, and company programs.
- Conducting sensitive employee relations activities such as investigations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary meetings.
- Establishing and monitoring HR metrics to measure work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Overseeing training programs and administering annual employee engagement surveys.
- Supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, including payroll and employee file management.
- Supervising a team of 1‑2 HR staff members to ensure seamless HR department operations.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and at least 5 years of HR generalist experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess direct experience in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Hiring, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Wage Structure, and Performance Management.
- Bring strong supervisory experience (highly preferred).
- Have experience in a food manufacturing environment (highly preferred).
- Hold a PHR or SHRM certification (highly preferred).
- Excel in employee communications, program management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Are available to work occasional off‑shift hours to support employees across all shifts.
