Human Resources Manager

This role requires being onsite in Websterville, VT at least 4 days per week for the first 6 months (potentially longer). There will be an onsite interview as part of the hiring process.

This role will lead Human Resources, Labor, and Employee Relations at the facility and serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Leadership Team.

• Union Relations & Compensation
• Driving Employee Engagement and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Supporting plant culture and operational excellence (cost, quality, service, people & environment)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience
  , with strong emphasis in labor relations within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
• Ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels in a manufacturing setting
• Willingness to relocate in the future for career advancement

• MBA or Master’s in Labor Relations or related field
• SPHR or PHR certification
• Experience with ADP/Kronos payroll and Oracle HRIS
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
• Project management experience within HR
• Working knowledge of financial principles
