Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, managing expectations of customers and partners
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field
- Minimum of 7 years in an IT discipline
- Minimum of 7 years in a business discipline
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in scalable systems
- Proven experience in leading end‑to‑end system design and solution architecture
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise systems design
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in a healthcare environment, such as HIPAA
- Experience with Dev Ops, MLOps, and containerization for AI development and deployment
