As the Global Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll lead a dynamic team of experts across:
- Digital Commerce — growing a category‑leading business across markets
- Tech Infrastructure — evolving a hybrid CPG/QSR/Activism stack
- AI Innovation — driving adoption, scale, and new possibilities
- Digital Storytelling + Social — shaping content and how we show up across the world
- Cultural & Campaign Strategy — helping connect our values to the world in meaningful ways
You’ll partner with regional teams, global leaders, franchise systems, and a network of agencies and vendors to build brand love, cultural relevance, and business growth across Scoop Shop, Packaged, and Activism campaigns.
You’ll also sit on the Marketing Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CMO.

What You Bring- 10+ years of digital marketing leadership experience
- Expertise across brand building, paid/owned channels, social ecosystems, e‑commerce, influencer strategy, and retail marketing
- A strong head for data, analytics, and performance
- Experience leading global teams in a fast‑paced environment
- A blend of strategic vision, creative ambition, and operational rigor
