Job Title:
Data Governance & Knowledge Management Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine and operationalize data governance frameworks and stewardship models.
- Design and implement knowledge management standards and repositories.
- Lead change management, training, and adoption efforts.
- Support continuous improvement and governance councils.
- Updated Data Governance Charter, RACI, and stewardship standards.
- Data Governance Playbook and SOPs.
- SharePoint Knowledge Library architecture and templates.
- Training materials, adoption tracking, and sustainment toolkit.
Experience:
- 8+ years in data governance, KM, BPI, or change management.
- Experience with DAMA-DMBOK, CMMI, or similar frameworks.
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Public‑sector or regulated data experience preferred.
