Senior Solutions Architect (Enterprise Integrations)
Direct Hire
Addison, TX - Hybrid
Responsibilities- Serve as the enterprise lead for solution architecture, with a focus on cross-platform integrations
- Own the design and architecture of the integration ecosystem, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Lead the design and implementation of integrations across ERP, merchandising systems, eCommerce platforms, POS, third‑party logistics (3PL), distribution systems, HRIS, and data platforms
- Provide architectural oversight for middleware and integration technologies (e.g., iPaaS, APIs, messaging services, and cloud‑native tools)
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, long‑term technical solutions
- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across all integrated systems
- Drive modernization initiatives, including API‑first architecture, event‑driven design, and cloud‑based integrations
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex integration issues, ensuring long‑term stability and optimization
- Provide leadership and direction to integration team members, including development and support resources
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams across IT, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and Digital to deliver integrated solutions
- Architect and support omnichannel data flows, including order management, fulfillment, and inventory visibility across channels
- Ensure near real‑time synchronization of critical data (e.g., inventory, pricing, transactions) across systems
- Design and scale integrations to support a multi‑location environment
- Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and partners to ensure alignment with architectural standards
- Support compliance, security, and audit readiness initiatives (e.g., SOX, ITGC)
- Contribute to IT strategy, roadmap planning, and enterprise modernization efforts
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in architecture, integration, and system design
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or systems integration
- 5+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations and middleware platforms
- Strong experience with integration technologies such as APIs, iPaaS solutions, messaging frameworks, and cloud‑native integration tools
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, eCommerce platforms, POS, HRIS, and data platforms
- Experience with identity and access management solutions (e.g., cloud‑based directory services)
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high‑performing technical solutions
- Strong understanding of data architecture, system interoperability, and data flow design
- Experience leading technical initiatives and providing architectural guidance
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage complex system challenges
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience in retail, distribution, or multi‑location environments
- Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and visualization tools
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance, and security standards
- Experience with API management, microservices, and event‑driven architectures
- Relevant certifications (e.g., cloud architecture, TOGAF, or similar)
- Experience building or scaling integration and architecture functions
- Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills

: $136500.00

: $195000.00
