They are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with engineers, developers, and key stakeholders to manage procurement, scheduling, and construction activities while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience managing commercial, community, or utility-scale solar projects and a proven ability to keep complex projects moving efficiently.

Theideal candidate should have the following:
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial, community, or utility-scale solar projects
- Proven track record overseeing projects from pre-construction through commissioning
- Strong understanding of solar EPC processes, including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively
- Experience coordinating with engineers, developers, and other key project stakeholders
- Familiarity with procurement workflows, materials tracking, and vendor management
- Skilled in contract management, change orders, and project documentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms)
