Location: Town of Vermont
Position Overview
Cheese Line Manufacturing Specialist at Agri‑Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery. This full‑time (40 hours per week), third shift (8 pm‑4 am) role focuses on operating machinery to manufacture and package cheese in bulk and ensuring quality specifications are met.
Responsibilities- Operate machinery necessary for cheese manufacturing and packaging.
- Assist the team in meeting and exceeding quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure they are complete and up to date.
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 55 lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull up to 55 lbs.
- Capability to work full‑time overnight shift (8 pm‑4 am).
- Base rate pay of $24.64 per hour with an additional 7–10 % night differential.
- Eligibility for rate increases every six months for the first two years.
