Production & Construction Operations Leader Vermont
A growing and highly respected Vermont-based manufacturer in the construction industry is seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily production operations and help drive efficiency, quality, safety, and team performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor or manager with experience in all phases / divisions of residential and commercial construction, including site work, foundations, framing, exterior finishes and interior finishes.
Position SummaryThe Production & Construction Operations Leader will oversee shop production activities, lead a team of skilled craftspeople, coordinate workflow and scheduling, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This individual will serve as a key member of the leadership team and play a critical role in supporting continued growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise daily production activities within a manufacturing environment.
- Manage and develop production employees, crew leaders, and shop personnel.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and schedules to meet production goals.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, project management, and field installation teams.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within established quality standards.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.

- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Working knowledge of construction methods, carpentry, framing, or manufacturing processes preferred.
