The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Websterville, VT. This role oversees daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. Key responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, assigning work, monitoring equipment and production lines, and resolving operational issues in real time. The Production Supervisor supports continuous improvement initiatives, trains and mentors production team members, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The role also collaborates with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to meet production targets and customer demand.

• Experience supervising production or manufacturing operations, including scheduling, line oversight, and team coordination.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills to support and develop diverse teams.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of production systems, documentation tools, and email.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in manufacturing, operations, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in dairy, food, or agricultural production is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed to support production demands.
