Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We're seeking a motivated leader to oversee daily production operations and help build a safe, engaged, and high-performing team. This role reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in delivering quality products while supporting employee development and operational excellence.

• Lead, coach, and develop production team members
• Drive safety, quality, and food safety compliance
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and production priorities
• Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and achieve production goals
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, agriculture, or a related environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting

• 3+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or a related industry
• Dairy industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety regulations, and manufacturing safety practices, including LOTO and hazard recognition
• Experience with scheduling, performance management, and systems such as Workday
