As a Full Time, Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents at the Viatris Family Health Center, powered by Premise Health, located in St. Albans, VT.

Scheduled hours:
Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:00a - 4:30p. Tuesday/Friday 6:00a - 2:30p.

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice.
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school.
• Currently Licensed as a Practica Nurse in state of practice required.
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for healthcare providers is required.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $21.60 - $27.00 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
