Location: Town of Vermont
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide mobile advanced wound care services in patients’ homes and skilled nursing facilities across Vermont. This per diem, 1099 contractor role offers flexibility for an independent practitioner dedicated to patient‑centered care.

- Active NP license in Vermont
- Availability Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (flexible schedule)
- Comfortable with wound care and skilled nursing/home care experience preferred
- Patient-focused, caring bedside manner with strong communication skills
- Ability to work with technology and pass background checks
Pay ranges from $100.00 - $150.00 per hour. Prior wound care and nurse practitioner experience is preferred. The role involves in‑person patient visits in various settings.
