Job Summary

Thera Care is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Administrator to lead our home‑health branch. This role serves as the cornerstone for ensuring the implementation and supervision of administrative policies while overseeing the provision of high‑quality patient care services. As the branch leader, you will have a critical impact on maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of compassionate care.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Home Health Administrator in the state of Texas
  • 2+ years of experience in an Administrator leadership role
  • 2+ years of experience in Home Health
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Texas or in accordance with the Board of Nursing Examiner rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • Experience in OASIS
  • Preferred experience with EMR Home Care Homebase (both field & back office)
  • Excellent communication, assessment, time‑management, and strong clinical documentation skills
  • Demonstrated decision‑making skills
  • Nursing skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice
  • Reliable transportation and valid, current auto liability insurance
Essential Functions
  • Oversee timely and accurate clinical documentation while managing budgeting and fiscal operations to support patient safety and overall quality of care
  • Direct and oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation to ensure effective adherence to agency policies and procedures
  • Understand reporting requirements and present findings to leadership
  • Provide executive leadership during state and federal surveys
  • Function as the executive leader of the branch, maintaining overall responsibility for strategic direction, regulatory compliance, and operational outcomes
  • Organize and oversee the agency’s daily operations
  • Foster an engaged and supportive branch culture by modeling company values, strengthening team cohesion, and reinforcing expectations for professional conduct and patient‑centered service
