Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location:
Vergennes Grand, Vergennes, Vermont
This position involves providing clinical care to residents in memory care and assisted living, maintaining records in the Point Click Care electronic medical record system, and collaborating with residents, families, and care teams.
Shift
:
Monday – Friday
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recording medical information and maintaining resident records
- Administering prescribed medications
- Providing basic care and assisting with personal care tasks
- Coordinating care with residents, families, and external providers
- Preparing residents for exams or treatments
- Assisting with household chores as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Vermont
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Team-oriented mindset
- Experience managing staff is a plus
Pay: $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
