How You Make a Difference

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurses to provide education and activities aligned with your competencies and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
  • Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures.
  • Count controlled substances and implement clinical and technical aspects of care per policies and protocols.
  • Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
  • Attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
  • Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, supervisory personnel, and other staff as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

  • Preferred:
    Minimum of one (1) year of clinic experience.

Licenses / Certifications

  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
  • CPR certification.
