Licensed Practice Nurse Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Travel LPN (1-2 years) in LTC, SNF, Home Health, or Ambulatory Care, with a focus on elderly patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and monitor elderly patients.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients/families.
- 1-2 years of LPN experience in LTC, SNF, Home Health, or Ambulatory Care.
- Active LPN License in Vermont.
- Experience with elderly patients.
- Travel LPN experience (T-RN/T-LPN acceptable).
- Active BLS – AHA.
