- Deliver quality medical oversight and care coordination for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) participating in the Developmental Services (DS) program.
- Provide guidance, clinical oversight, and health education to client care teams.
- Collaborate within integrated, multi-disciplinary teams to support patient health outcomes and overall care plans.
- Licensure: Active Vermont RN license (Multi-state or preferred New Hampshire RN license accepted).
- Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
