Job SummaryStellar Health Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional RN Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert clinical direction, guidance, and support to our facilities while helping drive quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
The Regional RN Consultant will work closely with facility leadership and clinical teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement effective solutions, and promote best practices across the organization.
ResponsibilitiesProvide expert clinical direction and support to facilities, with a focus on quality patient care and positive outcomes.
Collaborate with facility staff and leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Conduct regular facility visits to assess clinical operations and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility staff and leadership while building trust and credibility.
Support facilities in navigating an evolving healthcare environment.
Participate in regional and national committees to share best practices and promote excellence in patient care.
Provide leadership and clinical expertise to support consistent standards of care across facilities.
Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
Experience in healthcare operations, clinical leadership, quality improvement, or long-term care preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to travel to multiple facilities as required.
