This Full Time RN role supports hospice clients on a per-visit basis throughout Rutland County, with prior home care or hospice experience preferred but not required.
As a hospice nurse, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team delivering palliative care at the client's home; travel to cases and contributing to high-quality care are essential
