About the RoleOur grounds crew team is the beating heart of our operation, without them, there would be no course to play on. The small crew is dynamic with each member learning a broad spectrum of turf grass management skills from brother Superintendents, Tom and Tim Ayer. The grounds crew is expected to work individually or collaboratively to accomplish everything from weed whacking to installing completely new green complexes.
Our grounds crew typically works from 6:00AM to 2:30PM, M-F. There may also be occasional weekend morning shifts that are no more than a few hours. This schedule is subject to become earlier or later depending on daylight or day-to-day weather conditions.

- rough
- Weed whacking.
- Cleaning equipment.
- Cutting cups.
- Any jobs the Superintendents need help with!
- At least 18 years of age.
- Independently mobile or consistent transportation.
- 40-45 hours per week (Full-Time).
- 15 hours per week (Minimum Part-Time).
- Reliable, communicative, and willing to learn.
- Familiarity with light to midweight equipment is a plus!
- 2-3 References - If applicable.
