von Trapp Brewing Co. is seeking a cellar technician responsible for monitoring and maintaining proper fermentation and lagering of lagers and other beer in the cellar. You will handle CIP, gravity and temperature tracking, croppings, rackings, and carbonating beer to spec while ensuring quality checks are met.
The cellar role is an integral part of brewing operations, supporting the team and identifying opportunities for operational improvements to keep schedules on track.
