Heads Up Technologies is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality operations for its Innovative Advantage business. You will own the Quality Management System (QMS) and manage quality across the PCBA manufacturing lifecycle, supplier quality, audits, and CAPA activities.
You will serve as the primary quality interface with customers, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement while supporting product transfers and repair station implementations across multiple units.
