About the RolePro-Shop attendants are responsible for helping golfers make tee times, checking golfers in for tee times, and accepting payments for golf/CKCC products. They may also need to assist in the organization of events!
During weekends and tournament days the course can be extremely busy so there can be considerable pressure for this role.
Responsibilities- Make tee times for golfers.
- Check golfers in for their tee times.
- Process payments for golf and related goods.
- Stock retail goods.
- Assist in whatever our GM may need help with!
- At least 16 years of age.
- Able to work by 3:30PM on school days.
- Independently mobile or consistent transportation.
- 15 hours per week (minimum).
- Must be able to work some weekend shifts.
- Must be able to work afternoon/evening shifts on weekdays.
- Customer service attitude!
- Reliable, communicative, and willing to learn.
- Able to handle high-stress situations.
- 2-3 References - If applicable.
- Free golf (dependent on weekly hours).
- Free cart (full-time employees only).
- Free range balls.
