Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support. Retail management staff represent the brand inside stores, assisting customers with questions and premium products.

• Lead daily operations, monitoring performance and budget including scheduling and payroll; act as manager‑on‑duty in absence of a store manager.
• Maintain daily store records for performance, sales metrics, inventory control, and equipment rentals (if applicable).
• Hire and train employees in POS operation, product knowledge, guest service, sales techniques, and loss prevention.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, recognition or correction as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service through timely responses to questions, suggestions, and complaints.
• Participate in leadership forums to provide feedback on store performance, training, and continuous improvement.
• Complete other duties as assigned, including merchandising and rentals.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; business area training or education preferred.
• 1‑3 years of retail management experience; ski industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced retail, multitask, and manage multiple customers.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Fluent English communication.

The expected pay range is $25.00 - $28.60 /hour. Compensation decisions are based on various factors.
