Position Information

Berlin Floor Supervisor for Central Vermont Habitat for Humanity ReStore, Berlin, VT

Location:

1400 US Rte. 302, Berlin, VT

Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour.

Schedule:

Full-time (must be available Saturdays)

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic math skills (cash handling required)
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Retail experience is helpful but not required
• Interest in vintage items, antiques, or collectibles is a plus
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to safely lift/move items (up to 50 lbs with assistance) and work in a physically active environment

• Work may include indoor, warehouse, and outdoor conditions in all weather
• Ability to climb ladders (up to 6 feet), reach, stoop, push, and carry items required
• Employment contingent on background check, substance screening, and driving record review.
