Description
Love great food, making people feel welcome, and being part of a team? Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center is looking to hire multiple Farmstand Crew members with strong attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service during the busy season.
Spend your days surrounded by organic vegetables, flowers, farm‑made baked goods, and local products while helping customers connect with the food we grow and the local food system we're proud to be part of!
As a Farmstand Crew member, you'll:
- Assist customers with purchases and process payments using our point-of-sale system
- Learn about our organic produce, plants and flowers, prepared foods, and CSA program
- Stock beautiful produce displays and keep the farmstand looking its best
- Work alongside a friendly, supportive team in a fast‑paced, community‑centered environment
If you're interested, there are also opportunities to represent Cedar Circle at local Farmers' Markets, and/or work as a barista in our Hello Café.
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time (20–40 hours/week) . Our greatest needs are weekday opening and closing shifts, with optional Thursday evening and Saturday morning farmers' market shifts.
Previous retail or cashier experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right people.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a seasonal position, full-time or part-time through October, with the potential for limited hours in November and December.
The Full-Season Farmstand Crew position is hourly with benefits including paid personal leave, fresh produce, a 20% discount at our farmstand and cafe, a 403(b) retirement plan with a 5% employer safe harbor match, and access to an employee assistance program. Salary is $15-17/hr depending on work experience.
