We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! While we offer shifts throughout the week, our greatest need is for someone who can consistently work Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. If you’re reliable, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable working independently, we’d love to hear from you.

This position can averages 15–30 hours per week and can include opportunities for additional shifts as needed.

• 9:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• 9:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 7:15 PM
• Shift hours will vary each day based on business needs.

Preferred availability:
Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the POS/register accurately and efficiently.
• Process beer, wine, and liquor sales while following all Vermont laws and regulations.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Answer customer questions and make product recommendations.
• Work independently while maintaining a welcoming shopping experience.

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable learning and efficiently operating a computerized POS/register.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently for much of the shift.
• Friendly, professional and customer-service focused.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and frequently navigate stairs while stocking inventory.
• Willing to work weekends, with Friday–Sunday availability strongly preferred.

All employees are required to complete the Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery (DLL) alcohol sales training.

• Training is completed online.
• We pay for all required training.
• Employees must comply with all Vermont laws regarding the sale of beer, wine, and spirits.

• Reliable and shows up on time.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Quick to learn new systems and technology.
• Confident using a cash register and POS system.
• Friendly and enjoys helping customers.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping the store clean and organized.
• A strong team player who can also manage the store independently when needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
