Hotel Sales Manager

A fast growing, award winning hospitality company is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across a portfolio of hotels throughout Vermont.

The Area Sales Manager will lead sales strategy and execution across multiple properties, working closely with hotel leadership and hotel sales teams to increase revenue, grow market share, strengthen existing accounts, and develop new business.

• Lead sales strategy and execution across multiple hotel properties.
• Lead hotel sales teams.
• Generate new corporate, group, association, and leisure business while strengthening existing accounts.
• Partner with General Managers and property leadership to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.

• Minimum 4 years of hotel sales and marketing experience.
• Multi property or regional hotel sales experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success generating new business and increasing hotel revenue.
