Client Services and Account Manager

At Invest EAP/Centers for Wellbeing, strong client relationships are at the heart of what we do. Our clients count on having someone who knows their organization, understands their needs, and serves as a long-term trusted resource. This position will manage a large portfolio of accounts and help employees and leadership teams get the most out of their EAP.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. We’re looking for someone organized and dependable, but also curious, perceptive, responsive, and energized by working with a mission-focused team.

• Serve as each account’s main liaison, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Lead client meetings and program planning, including usage reviews focused on EAP engagement and their organizational needs.
• Create and present workshops tailored to each client’s audience.
• Manage multiple accounts and competing priorities with strong organization, follow-through, and judgment about urgency and escalation.
• Contribute to a collaborative Account Services team through clear communication, reliable documentation, and stronger shared systems.

Nice to have: familiarity with southern Vermont organizations; experience with website design, Salesforce, or similar tools; potential interest in using digital tools to thoughtfully to boost efficiency while preserving the human connection in our EAP work.

The salary for this position ranges from $28 to $34/hour and is for 32-38 hours a week with full benefits.
