Job Summary: Alliance Group is seeking a full-time Heating and Refrigeration Technician based out of our North Clarendon, VT operations center.
This is a field‑based position responsible for the routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC and related mechanical systems, including mini splits, boilers, refrigeration systems, oil and propane burner systems, chillers, package rooftops, and more.
The role also includes participation in the rotational on‑call schedule, which includes being on‑call for one week at a time.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and high‑level customer service.
Compensation is negotiable and we welcome transparent conversations with qualified candidates.
