The Ridge Carpentry is looking for experienced carpenters or woodworkers to take on the role of our Jobsite Foreman! Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities- Managing employees on the job site for efficient workflow.
- Communicating Jobsite needs to minimize down time.
- Discuss Projects with our clients and relay messages to management.

Skills Desired- Prior Carpentry or woodworking experience.
- Prior Foremans experience a bonus, will train the right candidate.
- Ability to climb and work on Ladders and Staging.
- Ability to use power tools.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to understand and follow building plans.
