Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is hiring a JOBS Case Manager to support youth and young adults with emotional and behavioral disabilities in transitioning to employment and independent living.
You’ll conduct interviews, provide counseling, and help clients access resources to meet employment goals. Responsibilities include creating personalized care plans, coordinating with partners, and delivering life skills instruction as part of the support process.
