Location: Town of Vermont
Pathways Vermont is seeking a Housing Support Services Coordinator to assist individuals and families facing homelessness in Franklin County. This full-time role involves providing housing case management, engaging clients through regular visits, and connecting them to community resources.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion and interpersonal skills, work within a client-centered framework, and must hold a valid driver’s license. Benefits include a $21/hour pay rate, $2000 hiring bonus, medical insurance, and paid time off.
