Service Coordinator

John Graham Housing & Services is hiring one full-time and one half-time Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator provides case management for JGHS clients, including individuals and families in the John Graham Shelter in Vergennes, at JGHS affordable housing sites across Addison County, and other Addison County partner sites.

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and community partners
• Working knowledge of local resources and service providers
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, assertive engagement, and motivational interviewing
• The ability to exercise compassion and professional boundaries in a congregate setting
• Technical proficiency with electronic documentation

• Location: John Graham Shelter in Vergennes, other JGHS sites, and in the community
• Hours: Full time 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday (part time position is 20 hours per week M-F TBD); work on-call on a rotating basis; evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be assigned
• Compensation: Starting wage $26-$29/hour; benefit package includes 100% premium paid on individual health insurance, 3% match on retirement plan contribution, and a generous CTO package; any hours over 40 hours/week are paid at overtime pay rate of time and a half
