Location: Town of Vermont
Pathways Vermont is seeking a Family Supportive Housing Services Coordinator to work with individuals and families exiting homelessness in Franklin County, VT. This full-time, in-person role offers 35–40 hours weekly, a $22–$24 hourly wage, and a $2000 hiring bonus.
You will coordinate housing and services, develop ISP plans, and partner with agencies to support outcomes. Applicants should have experience with at-risk populations, trauma-informed care, and advocacy skills to help clients achieve
