Location: Town of Vermont

As a Farm Stay Driver, you’ll be the go-to person for our guests’ travel needs, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive in Vermont. Your primary responsibility is to pick‑up and drop‑off guests when they arrive in Vermont for their visit, frequently flying in and out of Burlington International Airport, and ensuring that every guest has safe and comfortable ride on their way.

Duties
  • Safely operate company vehicle to transport guests
  • Follow assigned routes & schedules
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections & report maintenance needs
  • Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness, both for the interior and exterior of the vehicle
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
  • Provide courteous and professional service to clients & team members
  • Ensure the vehicle is stocked with drinks and snacks for guests
  • Bringing professionalism & top‑notch hospitality to every guest experience
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience as a professional driver preferred
  • Possess, or ability to obtain within 30 days, a valid passport or enhanced license
  • Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns preferred
  • Ability to lift 60lbs on a regular basis
  • Strong communication, both written and oral, and organizational skills
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated

Education:

High School diploma, AA degree preferred.

The hourly wage of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, and training. The above hiring range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
