Project Field Superintendent – Instrumentation & Electrical (Vernal, UT)
We are seeking a full‑time Project Field Superintendent with a background in construction and a passion for continuous improvement. The role will support our Instrumentation & Electrical division, focusing on driving customer satisfaction and company profit.
Compensation & HoursSalary: $42–$45 per hour.
Hours:
50–60 per week. Benefits include weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off.
- Experience in electrical leadership roles.
- Strong industrial knowledge and experience with controls.
- Ability to oversee overall performance of assigned area operations.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
- Commitment to safe, efficient, and professional job execution.
Report directly to the Industry‑specific Project Manager or Construction Manager, provide operational oversight, mentor team members, support customer satisfaction initiatives, and ensure job mastery on site. Work onsite with crews as required.
Preferred BackgroundA Construction Management degree is preferred but not required.
