Electrical Construction Manager

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Construction Manager to join our team in Vernal, Utah. We are offering a competitive salary of $110-115 annually. This position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off.

• Education:
  
  A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Significant field experience (5+ years) as an electrician, journeyman, or foreman is required.
• Licensing:
  State-level licensure as a journeyman or master electrician is highly valuable.
• Certifications:
  
  Must possess an OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification; CCM or PMP certifications are preferred.
• Technical Expertise:
  Deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and proficiency in reading blueprints and cost estimation.

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of electrical projects. Your daily life involves project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management to ensure all deadlines are met. You will serve as a key leader, using your expertise to manage crews, coordinate onsite activities, and ensure all work aligns with BHI quality and safety policies. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage both field teams and client expectations effectively.
