RN Med Surg PRN ) – Ashley Regional Medical Center
OverviewThis position is responsible for providing direct care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients in the medical‑surgical department.
Responsibilities- Prepare patient care area adequately and ensure availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
- Review and carry out physician orders timely and according to policy.
- Report to physician any patient changes in condition, test results, etc., in a timely manner.
- Assure that patients meet all discharge criteria.
- Must be a licensed RN in the State of Utah.
