Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Services

Position Summary /p>

Coordinates comprehensive nursing care for patients, including assessment, goal setting, care plan development, and implementation. Acts as a patient advocate, educates patients and families, and collaborates with healthcare team members. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, evaluating care outcomes, documenting observations, and maintaining equipment and supplies. Assists in onboarding new staff and participates in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications And Skills ul> li>Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor's preferred. li>Current RN license in practice state. li>

Certifications:

BCLS (post-orientation), ACLS and PALS within six months. li>Less than one year of experience preferred. li>Strong communication, critical thinking, and ability to work under pressure. /ul>
Physical And Work Environment p>Requires physical activities such as walking, lifting up to 20 pounds, and extended periods of sitting or standing. Work may involve exposure to hazards like biohazardous materials. The environment is typically hospital and office settings with safety precautions in place.
