Beehive Homes is an assisted living facility taking care of elderly residents. We are looking for a part time registered nurse to join our team and oversee the care of the sweet residents in the home.
Responsibilities Include- Complete Assessments and service plans for residents upon move in and every 6 months.
- Monitor weight and blood pressure and other items listed on the resident's monthly nursing assessment form.
- Provide oversight and review medication administration plans and forms for all residents.
- Comply with State rule and regulations by working with the Administrator to ensure the following duties are carried out. Implementing physician orders, treatment/procedures-assuring residents' needs are met, care planning based on orders and needs, notifying physician promptly when resident is injured or when there is a sudden or marked change in the resident's symptoms or behavior.
9-10 hours a week
