Field Merchandiser, Hallmark

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase organizational and time management skills, and establish retailer relationships while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $16.00 – $18.00 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
• Paid training is provided through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom sessions.

• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours are between 9‑12 hours.
• Availability during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.
• Availability to support seasonal change‑overs, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in assigned stores. Communication with supervisor and reporting is required.
• Holiday support:
  Additional days and extended hours during major holidays; may work on the holiday itself.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, fixture building, relocation of card departments, and resets; notified two weeks in advance.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other field merchandisers when needed.

Work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms; lift, pull, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Tasks include kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and using step ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds routinely and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores.
