Position: Crew Foreman (Electrical)
B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Electrical Crew Foreman who thrives on leading high-performing teams and driving project excellence. Your daily focus will be to conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner while actively mentoring your team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and boosting company profits.

You will be the boots-on-the-ground leader providing project coordination, planning, compliance, and reporting.

At BHI, we offer a highly competitive wage of $45.00/hr with a steady 5x10s schedule, giving you consistent, rewarding overtime.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-driven leader who pays attention to detail and can command a job site with minimal supervision.

* Ability to lead, mentor, and maintain team integrity.

* Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.

* Proficient with RFIs, Change Orders, and site compliance documentation.

* A proactive, positive attitude backed by a commitment to 100% safety compliance.
