I&E Project Director; Industrial and Commercial

Position Summary

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full‑time I&E Project Director (Industrial and Commercial) to oversee Instrumentation & Electrical projects, primarily in the western United States. The role requires strong construction leadership and industrial electrical expertise, particularly in oil and gas.

Yearly salary range: $140,000 – $175,000 (negotiable).

• Extensive experience leading electricians in industrial and commercial environments.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial and industrial environments.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Degree in construction management and journeyman electrical license preferred.

As Electrical Project Director, oversee project managers in Instrumentation & Electrical, Industrial projects throughout the U.S.; responsible for profit/loss and client satisfaction across multiple projects.

Facilitate efficient scheduling, maintain communication with customers, and ensure project managers achieve objectives.

Travel to sites and meet with employees and customers regularly; promote company success and mentor project teams.
