Roustabout

As a Roustabout at DHI - Dalbo Holdings, Inc., you will support oilfield water logistics and fluid management operations across drilling, completion, and production sites. Responsibilities include general labor, setting up and maintaining hoses, pumps, tanks, and related equipment, assisting with loading/unloading trucks, and keeping work areas clean and safe. You will follow strict safety and environmental procedures, support field crews and equipment operators, complete basic inspections and documentation, and assist with routine maintenance.

This hands-on role offers growth into advanced field, logistics, or leadership positions in a safety-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general oilfield labor to support drilling, completion, and production operations
• Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of hoses, pumps, tanks, and related water logistics equipment
• Support loading and unloading of trucks and movement of materials on location
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures and use required PPEConduct basic equipment checks and report issues to supervisors or operators
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas on location
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs under direction of senior crew members
• Complete basic field documentation, such as checklists and job tickets
• Communicate effectively with field crews, drivers, and supervisors to coordinate tasks
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and ongoing skills development
