Roustabout Laborer
The Roustabout / Laborer is responsible for supporting field operations through the maintenance, repair, transportation, setup, and servicing of DHI equipment and assets. This position plays a critical role in ensuring frac tanks, service equipment, and job sites remain safe, operational, and ready to support customer operations. The Roustabout / Laborer will perform equipment inspections, repairs, rig-up and rig-down activities, and general field support while maintaining compliance with company safety policies and operational procedures.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in oilfield services, construction, industrial labor, equipment maintenance, or related field preferred.
Skill Requirements:
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic field equipment. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in changing weather conditions, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions:
Regularly works outdoors and is exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and dust. Exposure to moving mechanical equipment, noise, vibration, and other field-related hazards. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials weighing up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position with work schedules varying based on operational and customer needs. Additional hours, on-call assignments, weekends, and holidays may be required.
