We are seeking reliable delivery drivers with up to two positions available to join our team. The delivery driver will be responsible for transporting goods in a safe, timely manner to customers' locations.
Duties- Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle
- Drive vehicles to designated destinations for customer deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Utilize a hand truck (dolly) to handle heavy loads
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules (including phone calls and in-person)
- Utilize box trucks or vans for transportation
- Perform heavy lifting as required in the delivery process in a safe and healthy way.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. No experience is required, but preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and planning on a personal and interpersonal level
- Be organized and able to follow map directions

Detailed Description Delivery Driver– Job Description
Position Overview
The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and accurately transporting packages along an assigned route. This role requires strong time management skills, consistent adherence to safety and compliance standards, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Drivers must be able to perform all essential job duties, including driving, lifting, bending, and handling packages up to 150 pounds with or without assistance.
Key ResponsibilitiesRoute Execution & Delivery:
Operate a company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies. Complete assigned delivery routes within expected time frames. Assist with loading, sorting, and organizing packages to ensure efficient delivery. Deliver packages accurately to the correct addresses and secure locations. Maintain a high PPOD accuracy rate and follow all delivery protocols.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and vehicle operation standards. Adhere to company compliance requirements, including uniform standards, scanning procedures, and package handling rules. Report any incidents, hazards, or vehicle concerns immediately.
Customer ServiceRepresent the company professionally during all customer interactions. Provide courteous, respectful service and maintain a positive attitude. Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and customers as needed.
Vehicle CareConduct pre and post-trip inspections. Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition. Report maintenance needs promptly.
Team CollaborationWork cooperatively with package handlers, managers, and fellow drivers. Assist with loading when needed. Support runners or teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
QualificationsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 150 pounds with or without assistance. Strong time management and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and stay focused under pressure. Reliable attendance and consistent performance. Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred but not required.
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb in and out of a vehicle repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Ability to handle fastpaced, physically demanding work.
