In this position, you'll manage ViCLAS and SBOR report workflows, ensuring each report’s accuracy and completeness. You will play a critical role in quality assurance, ticket processing, and maintaining operational records, alongside performing key reception duties. Your efforts will directly support local law enforcement and the wellbeing of your community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review ViCLAS and SBOR workflows for necessary reports
• Process Violation Tickets and manage court submissions
• Maintain statistical data for management and prepare reports
• Receive public inquiries and create appropriate PRIME files
• Perform quality assurance for records reviewers
Requirements:
• Proficient in handling operational records and data
• Strong communication skills for public interaction
• Familiarity with court processing and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
• Commitment to confidentiality of sensitive information
Engage in community support, data management, and law enforcement initiatives as a respected Police Station Clerk in Vernon.
